2.6.4 The 90-day roadmap The roadmap will depend on your use cases, business readiness and industry specifics. Below is the proposed phased roadmap that might work for you as a starting point for your planning.
Phase 1: Foundation assessment( Days 1-30)
• Identify your 3 highest-value multi-step processes( candidates for agentic automation)
• Assess current capabilities against the five platform pillars: Governance, Infrastructure, Operations, Value Tracking, People & Culture.
• Benchmark your organisational maturity: Observing, Experimenting, Adopting, Optimising, Transforming, or Scaling.
Phase 2: Platform and first agent( Days 31-60)
• Establish your AI Platform Engineering team( federated model – see Section 2.6.2)
• Deploy foundational components: model gateway, guardrails and observability
• Build your first single-agent MVP with clear boundaries and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
