Since starting his current role at Coca-Cola HBC last year, Sam Fletcher’ s goal has been to accelerate the company’ s research and talent intelligence capabilities. Although his role is new to the company, Sam has been building on a foundation created by the executive recruiting team as a new strategic capability over the past few years. Taking on the role acted as a full circle moment for Sam, as he explains:“ While I was working in a search firm earlier in my career, some of my colleagues were working with Coca-Cola HBC to help with the roadmap and plan for talent intelligence and, at the time, I thought it was incredibly interesting. Four years later, I was speaking at a talent intelligence conference and got chatting to my current boss.
