Jutta Pils is the Global Head of IT, Digital & Agentic Transformation for R & D & Sustainability at DuPont, where she drives enterprise digital transformation by leveraging AI, machine learning and emerging technologies to accelerate scientific innovation, advance sustainability goals and create measurable business impact.
Her work focuses on building digital platforms and AI capabilities, as well as governance models to help teams move faster and make better decisions based on trusted data.

Promoting sustainable business outcomes DuPont has set ambitious goals for 2035, aiming to minimise, eliminate or avoid substances of concern( SoC) in products where safer alternatives exist.
Under its 2035 sustainability strategy, every DuPont facility will implement a reduce, reuse, repurpose, recycle programme to help achieve a 10 % reduction in total waste intensity.
The company aims to achieve science-based target reductions in Scope 1, 2 and 3, implementing renewable energy and supplier engagement programmes on its pathway toward net zero by 2050.
It will embed responsible stewardship practices at its priority sites in line with global standards while supporting workplace water, sanitation and hygiene principles in its operations and supply chain.
