Trust ( CHFT ). This collaboration has progressed the Trust ’ s digital strategy and aided key Covid reset and recovery prioritisation work . Support has included an MPage configuration service , allowing modules within the Cerner EPR to be customised to suit client need .

Together with CHFT , an “ Overdue Appointments MPage ” solution was launched , enabling appointments to be clinically prioritised . Benefits to CHFT have included :

• 60 % increase in the number of validations

• Immediately clinical engagement jumped from 40 % to over 80 % and continues to rise

Co-creation in-house MPage development has continued with the team at CHFT . We are now looking at creating bespoke solutions around outpatient requirements .
