A major area of emphasis is the intersection of AI, risk and assurance. As AI becomes more autonomous and central to value creation, leaders need clearer accountability, stronger controls and better visibility into how systems behave over time.
Increasingly, my conversations with leaders are less about what AI can do and more about how it changes decision rights, ownership and operating models. The key constraint to value today is often organisational, not technical. How teams are structured, how decisions are escalated and how responsibility is assigned – these are conversations we should all be thinking about.
