Laura Miller serves as EVP of Strategy and Digital at Frost Bank . In this role , Laura leads Digital Product , UX and Operations for consumer and small / midsize business banking segments as well as emerging technology strategy for the Consumer Bank . Drawing on her expertise as a leader in technology and product , Laura is passionate about the role of technology in human-focused experiences for customers . She continues to lead creation of innovative digital banking solutions that focus on making banking available to everyone . A native Texan , Laura is an avid volunteer and supporter of Haven for Hope , San Antonio Food Bank and several ecological education organisations .
