Ching Yip serves as Vice President and Head of Information Technology at Hoiana Resorts & Golf in Vietnam , where he leads comprehensive technology projects for the hospitality and entertainment sectors . He has successfully launched four large-scale integrated resorts across Asia , including properties in Macau , the Philippines and Korea between 2008 and 2023 . A notable achievement was overseeing the opening of Korea ’ s Jeju Dream Tower / Grand Hyatt Hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic , completing the project with less than 50 % of the original budget . Currently , Ching leads his team in refining existing technology systems and implementing innovative solutions at Hoiana Resorts .

Current efforts focus on establishing direct flight connections between China and Vietnam to increase visitor access , while simultaneously developing technology infrastructure to support growing operations .
