“ Data is the lifeblood that drives this next transformation,” he asserts.“ People with bad data will struggle. People who have command of their data will move very quickly.”
Technology and data support better processes, which in turn make staff more productive, according to Jeff. However, all four elements must work together or the effort collapses.
“ If you haven’ t standardised and systematised your processes, AI can’ t automate them at scale,” warns Jeff.“ Someone said to me recently that no AI ever improved a bad process. You have to fix the process first.”
