Kristina explains that, at the heart of its strategy sits a longstanding belief –“ access to safe and nutritious food should be considered a right rather than a privilege.”
“ That belief is not abstract for us,” Kristina adds.“ It is the reason we exist, and it is what drives our business decisions. We commit to making food safe and available everywhere, and we promise to protect what’ s good – food, people and the planet.” For Kristina, purpose acts as both compass and anchor, setting ambition while demanding rigour in execution.
Kristina joined Tetra Pak through the Future Talent trainee programme, gaining valuable insight into the company’ s business across multiple functions and geographies. After completing the programme, she built a successful career in procurement, where her impact was recognised with a CIPS Young Talent Award. Building on this strong foundation, Kristina went on to deepen her focus on sustainability, transitioning into a leadership role within the company’ s Sustainability Unit.
Making sustainability a real business driver Tetra Pak’ s sustainability agenda is built around five interconnected focus areas: food systems, nature, climate, circularity and social sustainability.

Kristina Andric is a strategic sustainability leader shaping sustainability transformation at Tetra Pak, where she serves as Director of Sustainability Strategic Planning & Excellence. Her leadership advances company-wide integration of sustainability and long‐term value creation. She is a CIPS Young Talent Award winner, recognised for her early impact across sustainability and procurement.
Earlier, she gained broad international experience through Tetra Pak’ s Future Talent Programme across multiple markets and functions.
Kristina was recently selected as an IMAGINE Leader within the global community founded by Paul Polman and Valerie Keller. She also advises DPW as a member of its global Advisory Board.
