CHAPTER 3:

RECOMMENDATIONS AND N

AWS
Below is a summary of practical recommendations based on this white paper for your company to successfully implement agentic AI in your business processes. Some might be more relevant than the others depending on where you are on your journey, but all of these shall act as a guide for you to keep a check on your progress towards agentic AI at any point in time.
3.1 Establish a federated AI platform before building agents
The # 1 scaling failure is teams independently rebuilding the same foundation: guardrails, observability, evaluation frameworks and tool registries. A central AI Platform Engineering team should own shared infrastructure and governance while business units own use case design and outcome measurement. This eliminates duplicated effort and creates consistent security posture from day one. DNB’ s experience demonstrates the pattern: platform infrastructure built for one use case( KYC automation) immediately enables adjacent ones( relationship manager augmentation, prospecting) at marginal additional cost.
How AWS supports this: Amazon Bedrock provides the model gateway, guardrails and AgentCore runtime as managed services. Organisations deploy platform foundations in weeks rather than building custom infrastructure over months.
