“ We don’ t look at buildings without power and then start the long road of seeing if they can get it. The building has to have power already,” Jon says.
That lets the company convert facilities into AI infrastructure in under six months. Its Houston site is scheduled to be ready for its first customer on 15 January, 2027, and its second on 15 February.“ Those customers hadn’ t been able to find anything until 2028. By retrofitting this facility, we’ re able to get them to market sooner,” explains Jon.
For AI customers, that timeline is the product.“ Everything is prequalified in advance, so there’ s no
St. Louis proves the model The playbook began at TRUSS STL01 in St. Louis, Missouri. The facility is operating today and deploying 7.5MW of new liquid-cooled AI capacity in phases. Rather than building speculative capacity, TRUSS adds capacity as customer load arrives.
“ We started in St. Louis with 7.5MW and we bring more on as customer load lands,” says Jon.“ That discipline matters. We’ re not building empty halls and hoping.
“ Every phase we energise has a customer behind it, which keeps the economics tight and the delivery focused. St. Louis proved the model works. Now we scale it across sites at the full 14MW template.”
