Eduardo joined the company in Argentina in 1998 , as Head of IT , and relocated to the United States in 2001 where he took on different positions of increasing scope of responsibility .
Prior to his current role , Eduardo was the Head of IT for EMD Serono from 2011 to 2015 with expanded responsibilities as Regional Head of IT for North America across Healthcare , Life Science and Performance Materials in the subsequent 1.5 years until 2016 .
