Yash Chauhan serves as the Global Head of Neo Tangent . Based in Hong Kong , Yash is responsible for executing the business strategy and directing the overall performance and growth of the organisation . Prior to Neo Tangent , he spent more than 30 years at global companies , including Genpact , Fidelity Investments and Oracle Corporation , in a variety of roles spanning global operations , growth , risk management and business leadership . He is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India .
