ASSISTANT CIO

Paul Poledna oversees applications, infrastructure and communications alongside the CIO. He manages a portfolio of more than 800 applications and critical tech for police and fire services, including the 911 public radio system. Paul also drives key utility automation through Automated Metering Infrastructure for direct billing and leak detection, while managing enterprise partnerships.
