Mark Osmer is the Procurement Business Partner and former Head of Fleet & Engineering at Translink.
He has an MSc in Strategic Procurement Management.
Mark is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply( CIPS) and, since 2019, has served as Chair of CIPS Northern Ireland region. In this role, he has championed professional development, ethical sourcing and innovation, making a significant impact on the advancement of procurement practices in Northern Ireland and beyond.
He is also a Chartered Director and member of the influential Institute of Directors( IoD) Northern Ireland committee and policy forum.
