“ We ’ re very much trying to understand how it supports us and accelerates what we ’ re doing already , but it ’ s not necessarily the strategy to replace everything ,” John explains . “ We ’ re working hand-in-hand with our parent company , Liberty Global , who are very serious about this and putting a lot of thought and effort into the innovation on this .”
The company is focused on ensuring that the customer ’ s digital experiences are accelerated by these emerging AI technologies to ensure that its customers are best supported .
“ There are so many different areas on our network in relation to how we , again , monitor the network and resolve issues ,” John says . “ AI is complementary , an accelerator to our existing strategy and that ’ s where we want it to work because we still have to put the hard yards into the design and experience of what you ’ re building for your customer .”
